Account Deactivation and Deletion

At Metablock Enterprise Limited, we respect your choices regarding your account status and offer a user-friendly approach to account deactivation and deletion. Here's a brief overview of our policy:

Deactivation

Users can easily deactivate their accounts directly within the app by navigating to the settings, selecting "Deactivate Account," and following the on-screen instructions. Deactivation temporarily suspends your account and makes it invisible to other users

Scheduled Account Deletion

For users opting for permanent deletion, the account deletion is automatically scheduled 30 days after deactivation. If there are no further activities on the account during this period, the deletion process will commence. This ensures that users have ample time to reconsider and, if desired, reactivate their account within the 30-day window.

Immediate Deletion Request

Should you wish to expedite the deletion process, you can send an email to Reveal email. Our team will promptly review and process your request for immediate account deletion

Data Retention

Upon account deletion, we retain minimal information which includes KYC information and recorded transaction history required for legal purposes. This data is securely stored and is not used for any other purpose.

How to Deactivate Your Account

  1. Open your Quickie app and click on profile icon from the bottom navigation menu.
  2. Go to settings
  3. Choose "Deactivate account"
  4. Follow the on-screen prompt to complete request
